Following moderate growth in the opening half of the year, there was subdued activity in the Cork office market in Q3. Demand for high quality modern office space remained strong, particularly among indigenous occupiers. The volume of available accommodation declined again in the quarter. Furthermore, choice remains limited for potential occupiers seeking space in the suburbs.
