Dublin's office market expanded in 2018, the second record year in a row. Transaction activity was exceptionally strong in Q4 with a take-up level of 139,000 sqm. The supply of stock continues to decline, with the overall vacancy rate dropping to 8.9%. Over 65,000 sqm of new stock completed in the final quarter of the year, amounting to 183,550 sqm in the year overall.
