Following on from a subdued opening quarter in the Cork office market, Q2 saw the largest quarterly take-up since 2012 at 24,500 sqm. However, this was skewed by Apple's occupation of its new 15,000 sqm extension, which accounted for over 60% of the quarterly take-up level. The significant transaction activity for the quarter has, not suprisingly, resulted in a decrease in supply levels. Consquently, the vacancy rate dropped to 12.8% from 14.0% in the quarter.
