After a strong opening half to the year, activity levels weakened in the Cork office market in Q3 2017, however take-up rebounded strongly in Q4. The volume of available accommodation decreased, by a notable 10.3%, over the year with the corresponding vacancy rate at 14.8% at the end of December. Rental levels were under pressure in both the city centre and the suburbs with increases witnessed in all locations.
