After a strong opening half to the year, activity levels weakened in the Cork office market in Q3 2017. The amount of available accommodation increased slightly, which resulted in a marginal rise in the vacancy rate. Following solid activity in Q1 (6,250 sqm) and Q2 (4,550 sqm) of 2017, take-up levels declined during Q3.
