The Cork market is exceptionally price sensitive. Central Bank rules in relation to higher deposit requirements for non-first time buyers continue to impact activity in the mid to upper-end of the market. First-time-buyers are the driving force in the market with exceptional activity in the sub-€300,000 price bracket. Large uplifts in this price bracket are being driven by a lack of supply and high demand.
