The key feature of the investment market in Q2 2017 was the reduction in turnover. €318m worth of assets were sold, a staggering 85% less than the record breaking Q2 2016, but that included Blanchardstown Shopping Centre. This is reflective of the very limited supply that has come to the market in recent months rather than lack of investor appetite.
