Belfast’s premium residential site is poised to enter the market with stunning contemporary city apartments.

A limited number of high-end apartments in one of Northern Ireland’s most iconic residential sites are set to go on sale this spring, following extensive refurbishment.

Situated on the banks of the Lagan, the Obel Tower has reshaped Belfast’s skyline as Ireland’s tallest building and, standing at almost 300 feet tall, it boasts jaw-dropping views of the city centre and Belfast Lough.

The Obel has become a landmark of modern city centre living and, with one, two and three bedroom apartments with Duplex and Penthouse Suites on offer, it has secured a reputation as the ideal residence for upwardly mobile young professionals.

Situated a stone’s throw away from the city’s vibrant Cathedral Quarter, residents have their pick of the area’s wide range of high-calibre restaurants and bars, and award-winning restaurants such as Ox and Tedfords are also located nearby.

Lisney, leading commercial property agent and asset manager of the Obel, has appointed Fetherston Clements to sell the apartments, as significant enhancement works are being carried out to the apartment’s internal finishes as well as to the lifts, lobbies and reception areas.

Will Miscampbell, Partner, Fetherston Clements Estate Agents, said:

“The Obel is one of Northern Ireland’s stand-out properties and is now set to reach its full potential with the major refurbishment works fully gathering pace.

“The pending release of a limited number of high-end apartments on to the market will be one of the most exciting developments in the Belfast property market for some time and we are anticipating huge demand, particularly from young professionals.

“Leading local interior designers and landscape architects have been consulted on the internal configuration, finishes and external landscaping, ensuring these apartments hold their own against any luxury development in the UK and Europe.

“We are confident that these apartments are set to become the benchmark for modern and sophisticated city living."
