Leading UK property group appoints Lisney as Joint Agent for Kilroot Business Park
Leading commercial property agency Lisney has been appointed alongside McConnell Chartered Surveyors as Joint Letting Agent of Kilroot Business Park, following a multimillion pound purchase of the site by UK property group Canmoor.
The 60-acre site was recently purchased from Highcross by Canmoor, marking the group’s first venture into the Northern Ireland market.
Located in Carrickfergus and benefitting from the new A2 road improvements, allowing a journey time of only 20 from Belfast, the park has industrial and office units ranging from 100 to 90,000 sq. ft. available to let, as well as new design and build opportunities from 15,000 sq. ft. to 130,000 sq. ft.
Following a competitive tender process, Canmoor, which has developed a strong reputation in the development of industrial parks across the UK, appointed Lisney as joint agent with McConnells, to assist in attracting new tenants to the existing units and also on a design and build basis.
