A planning application (Reg Ref: F07A/0325) was originally lodged for sixteen luxury detached houses. Following a request for additional information by Fingal County Council this was reduced by the applicant to fourteen large detached houses following the submission of additional information on 31/07/07. Planning permission was granted for the construction of twelve detached houses ranging from 325 sqm (3,500 sqft) to 497 sqm (5,360 sqft) and this has been extended to 2018. The site has the added advantage of agreements with Fingal County Council in relation to the financial contributions which can be paid on a phased basis and agreement on Part V.
