We have been informed that the property is held freehold, however we have not had sight of the title deeds.

Zoning

The property is zoned Objective H “to protect and enhance the outstanding natural character of the Dublin Mountain area” under the South Dublin County Council Development Plan 2010-2016. Some uses that are permitted in principle is generally open space with uses open for consideration include agricultural buildings, car park, caravan park and rural residential which is in accordance with council policy of the development in rural areas.
