Daniel Cahill
Director, Valuation and Advisory
Daniel is a Director within the Valuation & Professional Services Department where he specialises in commercial and residential property valuations for secured lending, company accounts, brokerage advice, probate and other legal purposes.
Daniel is also Project Manager for a number of ongoing monthly, quarterly and bi-annual portfolio valuations for a range of pension and investment funds to include Irish Life, Yew Grove REIT Plc and various ICAV structures.
Daniel joined Lisney in June 2013 as a graduate of Limerick Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) Degree in Property Valuations and Management. Daniel is currently a professional member of the SCSI and RICS and is an RICS (VRS) Registered Valuer.
