Ciaran O’Kane
Director, Property Management
Ciaran is a director of Lisney and is based in our Property and Facilities Maintenance Department. He joined Lisney in 2004, was appointed Associate Director in 2008 and Director in 2011.
Ciaran heads up the Property and Facilities Management Department which is responsible for the management of a wide range of assets including shopping centres, office blocks, PRS, Primary Care Centres and industrial units, amongst others. Over the years Ciaran has represented a wide range of clients including institutional investors, property companies, management companies and private clients such as McAleer & Rushe, Belfast Harbour Commissioners, State Street Global Advisors, Royal Dublin Society and Presbyterian Mutual Society.
Having built up extensive experience across all matters property management, Ciaran also provides consultancy on the design and implementation of service charges for property owners as well as providing service charge reviews advice for occupiers.
Ciaran is a graduate of the University of Ulster and holds a BSc (Hons) in Estate Management. He is also a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
