Lisney was instructed to secure a purchaser for No. 84 Terenure Road East. The suburban retail property consists of approximately 175sq.m. with 12.7 metre street frontage.

Due to the nature of the building, it was going to be of interest to owner occupiers, developers, and investors. We targeted those markets during our advertising campaign. We were seeking offers in the region of €500,000 for the property and achieved in excess of this figure.
