Lisney recently secured two tenants, TripAdvisor and LogMeIn for office space in the Bloodstone Building on Sir John Rogerson’s Quay.

Paul Hipwell of Lisney represented the landlord and commented that LogMeIn and TripAdvisor are the quintessential tenant for the south docklands, in that they are north American IT companies and are further evidence of the clustering effect of such in Dublin docklands and city. Bloodstone is already popular for the financial sector and home to SEB (Swedish Financial Services Company) and AWAS aircraft leasing are in the interlinking building, Central Quay.

Lisney have been working on this building as a joint agent and are dealing with interest on the last remaining offices of 30,000 sf where suites from 2,400 sf upwards are available. The impressive Bloodstone and Central Quay buildings extend to a combined total over 142,000 sq ft. which were bought by Blackstone.
