The Role:

  • Responsible for handling the front office reception including welcoming visitors to the office.
  • Preparation and typing of documents, letters and general day to day correspondence to support a busy department (audio typing & copy typing),
  • Actively assisting/managing correspondence, diaries and actions list for directors & staff.
  • Proactively taking instruction from audio tapes – if applicable
  • Answering/directing of calls and assisting in ensuring all enquiries are actioned in a timely manner
  • General accounts including invoicing, using in-house e-business system, etc
  • Use of in-house property system – Agency Manager & Reapit
  • Filing, photocopying and other ad hoc duties as and when required
  • Working closely with customer service regarding brochures & bulletin specifications and marketing deadlines
  • Required to covering all leave or absence within the job-sharing position.
  • Reception duties when appropriate.


The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2 years’ experience in an administrative role ideally in a property or legal environment
  • Must have experience in an office environment answering busy switchboards and demonstrating excellent customer service skills
  • Audio typing experience an advantage
  • Excellent word processing skills using Microsoft Office 365 including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong, proven organisational skills with the ability to work accurately and effectively under pressure
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to take instruction in a busy & high-pressured work environment
  • Highly pro-active with ability to work on your own initiative
  • Excellent communication and administration skills
