Lisney is one of Ireland’s largest independent real estate agencies with a reputation for providing researched based professional advice across an array of services. 

We are recruiting an Accounts Assistant to join our existing accounts team in Dublin 2.

 

Responsibilities 

  • Daily lodgements and recording of transfers received to the client bank account
  • Processing weekly client withdrawal transfers
  • Reconcile client bank account monthly 
  • Assisting with Lettings Landlord Transfers weekly
  •  Responsible for Lisney petty cash reconciliations
  • Assisting the accounts team to process client accounts reconciliations (deposits, outlay & debtors)
  • Accounts Receivable –  Assisting with Invoice and Credit note queries
  • Assisting the team with Accounts Payable as and when required 
  • Processing staff expenses claims (monthly) Filing on a weekly basis
  • Assisting with all auditor request as instructed by the team
  • The is not an exhaustive list. Ad hoc duties as and when necessary including general administration and liaising with various departments throughout the company

Requirements 

  • Proficiency in intermediate level microsoft excel 
  • Working knowledge of Word and Outlook
  • Proven history working as part of a team environment
  •  Attention to detail, retaining information and ability to use their own initiative
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English
  • Can work on your own initiative or with limited supervision
  •  Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to demonstrate these daily
  • Be enthusiastic, energetic and professional in your approach to work
