Lisney is an established independent firm of property advisors with offices in Dublin, Cork & Belfast. We operate in four divisions, each with its own distinct requirements and audiences that require a joined-up approach to provide both Business to Business and Business to Consumer marketing & promotion solutions.We are looking to recruit a marketing professional to implement a robust marketing plan that will deliver the marketing strategy.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the Business Services Team and work closely with the Managing Director and the Management Board. They will be responsible for the execution of the overall marketing, PR and social media strategies.   He or she will work closely across the various business divisions to drive the Lisney brand and ensure consistent communication of the Lisney messaging.

 

Main Objectives & Responsibilities:

Lisney Brand

  • To support the business divisions in the delivery of their marketing & promotional communications, ensuring consistency in the representation of the Lisney brand
  • To own the Lisney brand and ensure consistent implementation across all communication channels 
  • To work with both internal and external media solutions teams in the development of collateral 
  • To seek out new, appropriate channels to promote the Lisney brand and its services

 

Marketing and Promotions

  • Develop a marketing & promotions plan aligned to the marketing strategy
  • Plan marketing initiatives, including sponsorship and brand activations, alongside the business units
  • Monitor target client activity and plan communications accordingly
  • Manage the development of marketing and promotional collateral for
  • Market briefings and research events
  • Property specific promotional brochures and flyers
  • Department specific promotional brochures and flyers
  • Property specific advertising 
  • Support the business units in the preparation of tender and bid documents.
  • Assist in the compilation of business presentations
  • To maintain and develop Lisney promotional materials

 

Client Entertainment , Sponorship and Events

  • Work with the individual business divisions to plan both individual and group client events
  • Plan, co-ordinate, resource and budget with third party suppliers to implement client events, as required
  • Manage client lists, invitations and responses
  • Event management across all Lisney events, from concept to execution
  • Work alongside residential teams in the planning and execution of local community engagements

 

Website

  • Oversight of Lisney.com to include content therein as well as leading any potential refresh of Lisney.com

 

Social

  • Work alongside the social media executive in the creation of engaging content across the social media spectrum of channels
  • Manage engagement and effectiveness of social campaigns
  • Curation of content from appropriate industry sources
  • Promotion of business and staff to engage across the Lisney Social media channels
  • Management of third-party suppliers and property portals

 

PR

  • Work with the business divisions and leadership team to craft and issue press releases
  •  Monitor press and media activity
  • Manage press and PR enquiries
  • Seek out appropriate PR opportunities for Lisney spokespersons.
  • Work with an external PR company in the execution of the Lisney PR strategy

 

General

  • Management of the Lisney marketing budget Management of the Lisney marketing budget 
  • On-going analysis of all advertising, promotions and media activity
  • Support the research function with marketing input for its activities

 

The ideal canditate will have

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally but not essential in a professional services environment
  • A proven high standard of written English including copy writing and editing
  • A proven record developing, justifying and working to budgets
  • Develop, justify and work to budgets 
  • Copywriting and editing
  • The ability to plan to and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to work with a group of diverse internal business units
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient social media knowledge and experience
  • Stakeholder management
  • Excellent project management skills
