A opportunity has arisen for an experienced Accounts Administrator to assist with our commercial property management team in Dublin.

The Role:

Responsible for the day to day account administration of the property management team. Duties will include (but are not limited to) the following:

  • Daily banking including posting transactions to our property management system. Including lodging cheques
  • Issuing Company invoices on a timely manner
  • Assisting with the preparation of accounts and financial statements
  • Setting up and Preparation of files and templates
  • Arranging management meetings & keeping minutes
  • Liaising with Property Managers in relation to helping with tenant queries as required
  • Printing tenant invoices & Posting
  • Assisting with service charge year end audits
  • Client Reports - Ensuring accounting records are accurate and transactions and activity within the portfolio are understood and incorporated into the accounting ledgers as appropriate;
  • Mail Merge for tenant letters
  • Responsible for the control of all PM Key holding and supplier database
  • Updating help desk for managed properties
  • Ensuring all files are archived regularly and called upon during audit reviews
  • Accurate time recording and perform other duties to support the business unit as and when required

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 1.5-2 years’ accounts administrative experience
  • Must be proficient in MS excel
  • Must have good analytical skills and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team work
  • Motivated and driven to work independently
  • Must be self-motivated, results orientated
  • Experience in real estate would be an advantage
