Lisney Belfast is seeking a motivated, career driven candidate to act across the breadth of the commercial property market in the disposal and acquisition of a wide range of asset types, primarily in the office and industrial sectors throughout Northern Ireland.

The role:
  • Work on existing and new cases, from day one, with minimum supervision
  • Maintain and proactively build client relations to expand existing and new business
  • Managing and processing enquiries
  • Undertake analysis of market transactions and be capable of archiving all relevant information on computer databases for research purposes
  • Regular and effective interaction with clients and purchasers, both verbally and in writing
  • Prepare and produce accurate surveys of properties and compile comprehensive survey reports for file purposes
  • Demonstrate excellent knowledge of all services generally offered by the company in order to advise clients/potential clients
  • Competently compile marketing strategies as appropriate and assist in the production of collateral
  • Assisting with other duties pertaining to the smooth running of the Agency Department
  • Responsible for arranging and attending viewings of properties, as necessary
  • Required to treat all information gained during work as strictly confidential in line with regulations and legislation

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1-3 years’ experience in a similar position or recently completed a property related degree
  • Recently graduated candidates may still apply
  • Membership of RICS or eligible to join the RICS
  • Full, clean drivers licence

Skills:

  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and legal requirements
  • Systematic pro-active approach with ability to handle unexpected situations
  • Excellent report writing skills
  • Possess the ability to communicate clearly with clients and applicants
  • Strong numerical reasoning and a strong knowledge of the property market through ongoing analysis
  • Strong computer literacy and aptitude to carry out your daily duties
  • Be capable of working on your own initiative and be motivated to progress your career
  • Must have proficient photography skills
  • Have excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
