The Role:
  • Undertake Red Book valuations and portfolio valuations for secured lending / financial reporting purposes
  • Assisting in the valuation of all types of commercial property & land
  • Assisting with rent reviews and other professional services
  • Liaising with potential investors and clients and assisting with the winning of new business
  • Attending and participating in all meetings
  • Assisting with inspections and surveys including measurement and calculation of floor areas and preparation of draft reports.
  • Assist with the production of the annual rental indices
  • Responsible within the department for the upkeep and recording of in house comparable transactions and current availability
  • Inputting new instructions, comparable evidence from other agents and newspapers
  • Ensure that all work is completed to the highest professional standard in the context of the applicable external and internal requirements
  • Attending departmental meetings
  • Demonstrating excellent knowledge of all services generally offered by the company
  • Assisting with monthly, quarterly and annually written reports for clients

Profile:
  • Post-Leaving Honours Certificate qualification in a property related field recognised by the PSRA (e.g. Bolton Street DIT, LIT etc.)
  • Proficient in MS Office especially Excel and Word with ability to learn new processes effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Good technical and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Fluency in both written and oral English
  • Excellent organisation and planning skills
  • Self-motivation and possess a drive to succeed in this interesting role
  • Fast typing speed, ability to create reports, letters of correspondence with ease and great attention to detail
  • Full clean drivers licence
