The Role:

Residential:

  • Liaising with vendors regarding potential property instructions and sales progression
  • Actively involved in the sale of properties
  • Preparation of Marketing material including sale brochures,website listings etc
  • Responsible for Stakeholder Management. (making/confirming all appointments and inspections, liaising with buyers and solicitors)
  • Assisting with Valuations/Appraisals
  • File Management System, diary maintenance, attending all residential meetings
  • Filing and general compliance – BERs, signed Terms & Conditions, money laundering documentation
  • Attending and participating in all residential meetings
  • Evening & Saturday viewings


Commercial:

  • Assisting generally with all aspects of work to include the leasing, selling and acquisition of properties
  • Assisting with the sale of properties, working towards office targets
  • Showing potential purchasers and tenants over properties and answering queries that arise
  • Preparing marketing material and liaising with the relevant parties
  • Liaising with clients and providing them with both verbal and written feedback on properties
  • Attending departmental meetings and providing updates on properties that you are responsible for
  • Assisting with monthly, quarterly and annually written reports for clients
  • Attending and participating in all meetings
  • Assisting generally with valuations, rent reviews and other professional services offered by the company
  • Demonstrating excellent knowledge of all services generally offered by the company
  • Assisting with inspections and surveys including measurement and calculation of floor areas and preparation of draft reports
  • Assist with the production of the annual rental indices
  • Responsible within the department for the upkeep and recording of in house comparable transactions and current availability
  • Inputting new instructions, comparable evidence from other agents and newspapers
  • Undertake Red Book valuations and portfolio valuations for secured lending / financial reporting purposes
  • Ensure that all work is completed to the highest professional standard in the context of the applicable external and internal requirements
  • Experience in the valuation of all types of commercial property & land
  • Experience in Landlord & Tenant matters and rent reviews / lease renewals

Profile:
  • Post-Leaving Honours Certificate qualification in a property related field recognised by the PSRA (e.g. Bolton Street DIT, LIT etc.)
  • Proficient in MS Office especially Excel and Word with ability to learn new processes effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Good technical and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Fluency in both written and oral English
  • Excellent organisation and planning skills
  • Self-motivation and possess a drive to succeed in this interesting role
  • Fast typing speed, ability to create reports, legal documents, letters of correspondence with ease and great attention to detail
  • Full clean drivers licence
