We can arrange viewings of those properties that interest you most.
When renting a property through Lisney, you will need the following items:
- Payment of a security property – usually the equivalent of one months rent
- A current bank reference
- If you are relocating from abroad, we recommend you bring a letter of introduction.
- A previous landlord's reference, if possible.
- An employer’s reference or professional reference (accountant or solicitor) if self employed.
- A guarantor may be required.
