The first step is to contact our Residential Letting Team and let us know what you are looking for.
We have a wide range of quality properties to suit all requirements and budgets. Our Letting Team are on hand to guide you through the list of properties and answer any queries you may have.
If you see a property that interests you, we will arrange a special viewing appointment for you.
When renting a property through Lisney, you may need the following items:
- A security deposit (usually the equivalent of one months' rent).
- A current bank reference.
- If you are relocating from abroad, a Landlord may ask for a letter of introduction.
- A previous landlord's reference.
- An employer’s reference or, if you are self employed, a professional reference (e.g. an accountant or solicitor).
- If you are a student, a guarantor will be required.
