LOCATION


The property is situated within Donore Industrial Estate, approximately 1.5km southwest of Drogheda town adjacent to the M1 motorway. Drogheda lies approximately 40 km north of the Dublin port tunnel and Dublin Airport and Dublin city is approximately 49 km to the south. Dundalk is approximately 26 km and Belfast is approximately 120 km to the north. Drogheda is one of the country’s largest towns and has expanded rapidly in the past 5-10 years.


There is excellent services located within Drogheda town centre with good bus and rail services with immediate retail services available in the new Tesco and the Drogheda Retail Park.

THE PROPERTY

The original section was built in circa 1982 with the further extension built circa 1992.

There are excellent staff facilities, canteen, toilets etc. and a main reception area.


Outside to the eastern side of the property there is excellent car parking with a security hut while on the western boundary is the main access for delivery and loading/unloading for the site. The remainder of the site which is accessed separately from the Donore Road with its own separate entrance is mainly in grass and completely fenced from the main facility. This area comprises approximately 2.42 hectares and is not obstructed by any overhead power lines. This ground area is approximately 2m higher than the ground level of the main facility.
