Michelle is a Chartered Surveyor and a divisional director in the office agency department. She specialises in all aspects of the disposal and acquisition of office properties. She also provides regular advice and representation to both landlords and tenants on rent reviews and lease renewals.
In 2005, Michelle joined Lisney as a graduate in the Professional Services department, where she was involved in the valuation of all types of land and buildings. She moved to the Office Agency department in 2007 and remains there today.
Michelle is involved in the disposal of office properties on behalf of State Street Global Advisors, Treasury Holdings, Lalco, IPUT, F&C REIT and Irish Life. On the occupier side, Michelle has represented C&C International, First Data Corporation, Eulerhermes, Darta Saving Life Assurance, The Irish Heart Foundation, Trinity Venture Capital, GE Healthcare and AIG.
Michelle holds a BComm from University College of Cork, an MBS from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and an MSc in real estate from the College of Estate Management in Reading. She is a member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
