Keith is a Chartered Surveyor in the Industrial Agency Department. He specialises in dealing with all aspects of industrial property and development land including rent reviews, lease renewals, lease surrenders/assignments and property disposals and acquisitions.
He joined Lisney in 2005 and has worked in both the Professional Services and Industrial Agency departments. Prior to this, he worked in Limerick County Council’s Planning and Development department for one year.
Recent experience includes the disposal of an 11,500 sqm high-bay logistics facility in Dublin Port to Stobart Ireland on behalf of Wincanton (the third largest letting in Dublin in 2010), providing national portfolio advice to the BHT Group (Brooks Thomas) on their property portfolio, letting part of the former Nissan premises (5,250 sqm) on the Naas Road to Fiat Ireland, and assisting in the nationwide strategic infrastructure sites acquisition programme for Viridian Power.
Keith holds a BSc in Property Valuation and Management from the Limerick Institute of Technology and is currently completing an MSc in Supply Chain and Logistics from the Dublin Institute of Technology. He is a member of the Society Chartered Surveyors Ireland and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
