National Pen lease 10,220 sqm at Xerox Park in Dundalk

In what is expected to be one of the biggest deals of 2012, National Pen has leased a 10,220 sqm (110,000 sqft) HQ industrial building in Xerox Park, Dundalk.
National Pen is the Irish arm of a US based multi-national, who is one of the worlds’ largest producers of promotional products. The company has been in Dundalk since 1987 and employs over 500 staff. They specialise in providing businesses with imprinted pens and other promotional items.
Peter Kelly, Senior Vice president of National Pen, said “Our mail order business is expanding at an average rate of 20% per annum. The move to this larger facility will allow us to meet future demand and break into new markets.”
The premises was let on a long-term lease with breaks. Stephen Kavanagh of Lisney acted for the tenant while Jones Lang LaSalle acted for the landlord.
