Job Bridge Internship - Property Management
Lisney has a reputation for providing outstanding quality and professional advice across an array of services including commercial agency, rent reviews and valuations. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to take on an internship with our Property and Facilities Management Department. This role is offered under the Job Bridge scheme.
Working with both the Property and Accounts team in our Property and Facilities department, the intern will gain practical experience in general office skills, computer skills and property management administration. The intern will gain skills in report production, customer service and file management. They will work with Property and Facilities Managers in assisting with emergency calls, data entry, invoicing, dealing with landlords and tenants.
The Intern will receive formal/informal training in the following: in-house property management systems QUBE and Tramps, report production and customer service.
On completion the intern will have attained skills in general office administration customer services, report production and the use of computerised office systems.
Requirements
Fluent in both written and oral English with a basic understanding on Microsoft Office 2007/2010

Job Bridge Internship - Development/Professional Services
Lisney has a reputation for providing outstanding quality and professional advice across an array of services including commercial agency, rent reviews and valuations. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to take on an internship with our Professional Services or Development Department. This role is offered under the Job Bridge scheme.
The Development department specialises in site assessment, viability studies, planning reviews, investment appraisals, economic and market analysis. The intern will assist with administrative duties around leasing, selling and purchasing of various lands and properties, deal with customer enquiries, assist with the preparation of documents for issue to clients, liaise with clients and assist in the implementation of marketing schedules including arrangement of a property seminar. On completion the intern will have attained skills in report writing, many aspects of commercial property, general customer service and general office administration. The intern will receive formal/informal training in the following: property specific computer programmes such as Argus/Circle, eBusiness, report writing, file management and general property administration.
The Valuation and Professional Services Department specialises in the area of property consultancy including commercial valuations. Participants will gain experience in: Assisting generally with the administration surrounding valuations, rent reviews, NAMA reports and other professional services offered by the department. Assisting with monthly, quarterly and annually institutional valuations including the collation and analysis of comparable evidence. Assist with the production of the annual rental indices. Assist with the upkeep and recording of comparable investment transactions and current availability.
Person specification: A keen interest in property or post leaveing cert qualification in a property/research related field. Fluency in both written and oral English.
